Our work with Millarto began by organizing the essentials: their digital identity and online presence. We redesigned the website and reviewed how the brand presented itself across its various channels to build a clearer, more consistent foundation, ready to support its growth.

Building on this foundation, we undertook a strategic communication analysis to define what to say, where to say it, and with what approach. This allowed us to give direction to social media and blog content, streamline publication, and build a more consistent, coherent, and useful presence for the brand.

As part of this channel evolution, we developed a campaign in collaboration with the influencer Amiliibia to boost Millarto's visibility on Instagram. The action helped multiply the brand's reach and boost community growth, which increased from around 100 followers to over 2,500.

In addition to web, content, and social media work, we implemented Brevo as an email marketing tool to further develop the brand's digital ecosystem. The goal was to establish a dedicated communication platform that would allow for better organization of future actions, campaigns, and audience engagement.
